Sales Terms

- All sales of WOKEN are FOB, Taoyuan, Taiwan unless otherwise specified.
- Title passes to the purchaser upon delivery by WOKEN to the carrier.
- Credit terms are Net 30 days, 1% discount for payments received within 10 days of the date of the invoice.
- WOKEN reserves the right to ship COD in the event satisfactory credit has not been established.
- WOKEN's invoices do not include applicable sales taxes.
- All quotations offered by WOKEN are considered valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- All specifications within this catalog are subject to change without notice.
- All rights and obligations of the parties are subject to the laws of Taoyuan, Taiwan.

Material Returns |

In the unlikely event it is necessary to return product to WOKEN, WOKEN requires its customers to call or otherwise obtain an RMA number from their offices in Taoyuan as well as any other instructions for the return of said merchandise. WOKEN is under no obligation to accept shipments where an authorized RMA number is not clearly identified on the outside of the shipping package. |

Change and Cancellations |

Changes and cancellations to any order placed with WOKEN do not release the purchaser of its obligation to pay unless express agreement has been acknowledged, in writing, by WOKEN. WOKEN reserves the right to reimbursement by the purchaser for any and all expenses incurred in the procurement of materials as well as any costs related to design and production of the products ordered prior to the acknowledgement of said change order or cancellation. |

Warranty |

Standard products manufactured by WOKEN are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 1 year from date of shipment, and products which are defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced, at the option of WOKEN at no charge to the buyer. Final determination as to whether a product is actually defective rests with WOKEN The obligation of WOKEN hereunder shall be limited solely to repair and replacement of products that fall within the foregoing limitations, and shall be conditioned upon receipt by WOKEN of written notice of any alleged defects or deficiency within 10 days of receipt of shipment. No products shall be returned to WOKEN without prior written consent. This warranty does not apply to experimental or developmental products.
NOTE: WOKEN reserves the right to make changes in the mechanical construction or electrical characteristics in its products without notice. We assume no obligation to make similar changes or improvements to products sold prior to said changes.
