Change Orders and Cancellations
Change orders regarding price, delivery or any conditions not specified on the original order will be considered in effect after mutual agreement has been affirmed in writing or telegraphically between the customer and Woken Technology. Orders can not be canceled, pushed out, or pulled within 60 days of scheduled ship date. Cancellation after project is started will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the balance of the order. If delivery is desired sooner than schedule, Woken Technology will do it's best to accommodate the needs of the customer. Change in delivery schedule can revert price to higher level. Cancellation of any accepted order can be made only after written consent of Woken Technology. All cancellations will be contingent upon customer’s agreement to satisfy all costs incurred by Woken Technology and its proportionate profit on all work completed. 

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. Formal price quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices do not include freight, federal, state, or excise taxes. Which, when applicable, will be added to the amounts billed. For exports, prices do not include freight or value added taxes.

Product Changes
Woken Technology Inc. reserves the right to make, without notice, modifications of the products described in this catalog without affecting the right to sell such products under orders based on the catalog description, provided, however, that the modification shall not materially affect performance. We also reserve the right to withdraw for sale, without notice, any products described in our catalog.

Export Terms
Full payment in advance of shipment or against an irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by Bank.

Domestic Terms
Net 30 days F.O.B factory, Taiwan. Shipments are made to un-rated firms C.O.D. unless credit has been established, or on receipt of advance payment.

Warranty
We warrant merchandise purchased to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, returned to us prepaid and we reserve the right to replace with merchandise of equal performance although not identical in every way to the original sold.

Repair
Before returning items for repair, or evaluation, please contact Woken Technology Inc for a return authorization number. Repairs are made by Woken Technology Inc. at no cost of labor and materials plus a small service charge . There will be an evaluation charge for returned parts that do not require repair.
